Kaden Honeycutt will drive TRICON Garage’s No. 11 Toyota in the 2026 NASCAR Truck Series, replacing champion Corey Heim.
The move follows Heim’s record 2025 campaign, featuring 12 wins, overwhelming laps-led metrics, superior top-five rate, and a dramatic overtime surge to seal the title.

Heim departs after three full Truck seasons, leaving his 2026 destination unclear and creating a high-bar vacancy for TRICON’s flagship entry.
Honeycutt’s 2025 was unconventional: he started at Niece Motorsports, shifted mid-season to Halmar Friesen Racing, reached the Championship 4, and finished third overall without winning.
The switch signaled a planned manufacturer move, now realized with TRICON, placing Honeycutt in the Toyota Driver Development program for 2026.
TRD driver development manager Trent Rodriguez praised Honeycutt’s composure and execution under pressure, expressing confidence in a full-time campaign in TRICON’s No. 11 Toyota Tundra.

Honeycutt’s résumé includes a CARS Tour Pro Late Model title and the 2024 Snowball Derby, evidencing adaptability across disciplines and readiness for longer Truck campaigns.
TRICON pairs him with an experienced crew chief, providing setup continuity, simulation support, and pit-road processes aimed at accelerating integration and maximizing race-day execution.
“I’ve waited my entire career for an opportunity like this,” Honeycutt said, thanking Toyota and TRICON and pledging to chase a 2026 championship with the No. 11 Safelite Tundra.
The appointment aims to sustain TRICON’s 2025 benchmark while resetting its driver lineup. Honeycutt’s development curve, and Heim’s vacancy elsewhere, will shape the Truck Series order.
