Dallas Glenn secures provisional pole Friday at the NHRA 4-Wide Carolina Nationals at zMAX Dragway, driving his RAD Torque Systems Chevrolet for KB Titan Racing as the Countdown opens.
The result extends momentum from Maple Grove, where he converted provisional pole into victory, underlining season-long consistency and execution from the Mooresville-based operation.
Opening qualifying ran tight. Greg Anderson delivered 6.557 seconds at 208.81 mph, with Eric Latino 6.565 at 207.53 and Glenn 6.571 at 209.04 in KB Titan’s pack.

KB Titan’s depth immediately told. Six of the top eight came from the group, including Cory Reed, Cody Coughlin, and Deric Kramer, reflecting a robust engine program and repeatable setups.
The second Friday session reset the benchmark. Glenn produced 6.535 seconds at 209.69 mph for three bonus points, with Anderson matching 6.535 at 209.20 for two, and Latino 6.538 at 209.01.
Kramer followed in fourth as conditions improved. Glenn credited clean execution, while crew chiefs and engine specialists chased small gains across clutch, gear ratios, and track-prep windows.
The four-wide format adds procedural complexity, magnifying staging discipline and lane choice. Saturday qualifying continues at 1:15 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. ET, with the pole still in play.
Glenn versus Anderson frames the Pro Stock narrative entering the playoffs, with KB Titan setting the competitive reference. For broader context, see our guide to top NASCAR drivers and cross-series benchmarks.
